Senior Manager, Workplace Experience

About the role

AVeVA is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its Workplace Experience function across the APAC region. Reporting to the Global Director of Workplace Experience, you will shape physical and digital workplace strategies that support a hybrid work environment and enhance employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee office environments in APAC, including facilities management, health & safety, sustainability, and lease management.
• Lead a regional team of Workplace Experience professionals and manage external service providers.
• Develop and execute workplace experience and real‑estate strategies aligned with AVeVA’s global goals.
• Advise senior leaders and functional partners on workplace design, hybrid work enablement, and cost governance.
• Drive fit‑out, refurbishment, and sustainability projects to create engaging, productive spaces.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in workplace experience, facilities, or real‑estate management.
• Strong ability to build relationships with executives, cross‑functional partners, and external vendors.
• Excellent attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience operating in a multi‑country, multi‑office environment.
