Senior Manager – Transitions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead and oversee transition initiatives across our global footprint. The role involves ensuring seamless hand‑over of processes, building the capability of the Transitions function, and driving thought leadership to improve transition set‑up and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end transition of client processes, taking full accountability for delivery.
• Collaborate closely with clients on onsite projects, presenting solutions and transition capabilities.
• Assess current processes, recommend re‑engineering opportunities and evaluate offshoring feasibility.
• Lead client engagements to guarantee consistent service delivery and manage new business pursuits, including RFP responses.
• Develop and nurture business in selected accounts, acting as the transition lead for new engagements.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in BPO or process transition environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to innovate and drive optimal solutions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
