Senior Manager, SCM Technical Support

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the technical side of the Strategic Capacity Management (SCM) function within the Integrated Business Management organization. The role will own OMP, CDL and reporting solutions, and will develop an AI agent to serve the business at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain OMP user profiles, manage PAK file updates, and own the enhancement backlog.
• Support SCM business leads by translating requirements into OMP models, optimizing existing models, and running scenario analyses.
• Act as asset owner for Cloud‑CDL, handling access requests, new table additions and change management.
• Maintain technical documentation, ensure PowerBI dashboards are up‑to‑date, and build new reports using Power Query.
• Design, document and govern an AI agent, create SOPs, apply prompt engineering, and establish confidence KPIs.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with OMP implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of OMP Solver and supply‑chain analytics.
• Hands‑on experience building or managing AI agents is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, Digital & Data Science, and external vendors.
