Senior Manager – SAP FICO Consulting (Enterprise Apps)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP FICO consulting engagements across its Enterprise Apps Advisory practice. You will work with large‑scale clients to analyse financial processes, design SAP solutions and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle SAP FICO implementations, covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Accounting and Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Conduct detailed business process analysis and facilitate client workshops.
• Design and architect end‑to‑end SAP FI solutions, including integration with SD, MM, PP, PM and other modules.
• Provide holistic recommendations that address system, people, operations and process aspects.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering complex finance transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to lead workshops and drive consensus on solution design.

Required skills

• SAP FICO (Finance) expertise
• Experience with SAP FI integration points (SD, MM, PP, PM)
• Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
