Senior Manager – Retail

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a high‑performing team in delivering an exceptional Apple experience. You will help shape the store’s vision, develop managers, and support the Store Leader with strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers and associates, fostering growth and achieving performance goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing and retaining a diverse, high‑performing workforce.
• Participate in floor leadership, engaging with team members and customers to ensure business priorities and outstanding service.
• Address customer and team member concerns, escalating when necessary and partnering with leadership.
• Drive business priorities and store performance by planning and executing operational strategies.
• Uphold company policies, protect assets and confidential information.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and model Apple’s values of diversity and inclusion.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales or a related field.
