Senior Manager – Regional Training Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager – Regional Training Manager will be based in Delhi and will lead the delivery of training programmes across multiple branches in the assigned region. The role focuses on building employee capability through functional, behavioural, and digital learning interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver induction, refresher, functional, product and behavioural training sessions for employees, customers, channel partners and B2B stakeholders.
• Facilitate both classroom and virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) and travel across the region to ensure consistent delivery.
• Create and modernise training materials – presentations, guides, short videos, assessments and simple digital modules – using Canva and AI‑based tools.
• Support Train‑the‑Trainer programmes and design smooth digital learning experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, SMEs, operations, HR and internal trainers to keep content accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Maintain training MIS, reports, attendance records and participant feedback, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
• Track training effectiveness, share insights and recommend continuous improvement actions.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation skills for both physical classrooms and virtual platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.

• AI‑based tools for creating visuals and basic video elements.
• Learning Management System (LMS) usage.
