Senior Manager – Oracle Fusion Technical

About the role

Join PwC's Oracle Services Practice as a Senior Manager and help organisations leverage enterprise technology to achieve their digital goals. You will work on Oracle Fusion implementations, guiding clients across finance, HR, supply chain, analytics and governance, risk and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical development on Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS/PaaS projects.
• Deliver at least two full Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.
• Design and maintain database structures for Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Develop BI Publisher reports, FBDI/OTBI integrations and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion applications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Create and execute test plans to ensure solution quality.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from requirements to deployment.
• Stay current with emerging Oracle technologies and advise clients on new solutions.
• Contribute to project planning, timelines and budgeting while communicating progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
• At least two complete Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.
• Strong background as a technical developer on Oracle ERP/Fusion projects.
• Ability to work independently and guide cross‑functional teams.
