Senior Manager – Operations & Engineering (MOEx)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Operations & Engineering (MOEx) will lead the plant/value‑stream strategy, ensure customer demand is met, and drive continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence across key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Derive value‑stream strategy from plant, business unit and corporate plans and lead improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to set shared goals and align with plant management and business unit strategies.
• Monitor and review stakeholder expectations, track performance against SQCD targets and assess trends in safety, cost, OEE, productivity and inventory.
• Implement systematic continuous‑improvement processes (SCIP) to raise maturity and sustain operational excellence.
• Organise and sustain change initiatives that enhance value‑stream performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior operations or engineering management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated track record of driving KPI improvements such as safety, cost per unit, OEE and inventory reduction.
