Senior Manager, Global Labeling Solutions

About the role

The Senior Manager, EDT Product Manager, Global Labeling Solutions owns the end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise labeling capabilities, ensuring compliant, accurate and scalable label design, approval, content management and printing across global manufacturing and distribution operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global product vision, strategy and roadmap for labeling capabilities, aligning with business, regulatory and industry trends.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement, managing the backlog and trade‑off decisions.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Digital Technology to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead design and evolution of integrations between labeling platforms and ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, clinical supply and master data systems.
• Establish governance frameworks for templates, translations, version control, change and release management in a regulated environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred) with 15+ years of product management experience in regulated industries.
• Proven expertise with Loftware Cloud and/or ROBAR platforms, including label design, workflow automation and validation‑ready capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of MedTech or life‑science regulatory requirements such as GxP, UDI, MDR, validation and audit readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across global matrix organizations.
