Senior Manager – Financial Services Strategy (Advisory) – Gurugram

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its Intelligent Business Transformation – Financial Services practice in Gurugram. The role will drive end‑to‑end strategic and operational transformation programmes for banks, NBFCs, BFSI firms and other financial intermediaries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale strategy, transformation and operating‑model engagements in the BFSI sector.
• Own client relationships with senior (CXO‑1 / CXO‑2) stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact.
• Translate client needs into structured problem statements, solution approaches and execution road‑maps.
• Manage complex workstreams, shape solutions and ensure delivery excellence.
• Develop and mentor project teams in a high‑impact consulting environment.

Required profile

• Proven high‑performing senior manager with experience leading consulting engagements in financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to own client relationships and manage multi‑disciplinary workstreams.
• Strong track record of delivering strategic and operational transformation programmes.
• Effective team leadership and development skills.
