Senior Manager, Enterprise Warehousing

About the role

WareIQ is expanding its B2B warehousing business and is looking for a senior leader to own the full sales cycle for dedicated and shared warehouse capacity. You will work closely with operations, pricing and partner teams to bring enterprise customers onto the platform and support their onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise warehousing opportunities.
• Sell dedicated warehouse space, shared storage, overflow capacity and B2B distribution solutions.
• Understand customer storage, inventory and distribution requirements.
• Develop commercial proposals together with operations and pricing teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, lock‑in, minimum commitments and SLAs.
• Source warehouse partners when needed.
• Manage RFPs, site visits and contract negotiations.
• Ensure smooth handover and support during customer onboarding.
• Provide market demand insights to guide network expansion.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of B2B sales experience in warehousing, 3PL, contract logistics, freight forwarding or industrial real estate.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise contracts.
• Strong commercial and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to build pricing models and understand warehouse economics.
• Knowledge of warehousing commercials and B2B logistics.
• Willingness to travel extensively and meet customers on site.
• Preferred: existing relationships with supply‑chain and logistics leaders, experience with bonded warehousing, and experience selling warehousing solutions to enterprise customers.
