Senior Manager – Enterprise Risk Management

About the role

Paytm Money, the wealth‑tech arm of Paytm, enables users to invest in mutual funds, equities and derivatives. As a Senior Manager‑ERM you will design, implement and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks that protect the business and support strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks
• Establish risk identification and assessment processes
• Create standardized risk taxonomies
• Assess materiality criteria for the risk universe
• Identify and analyze potential risks threatening organizational success
• Work with senior management to develop risk management strategies
• Conduct market and feasibility studies for strategic projects
• Implement robust internal control systems

Required profile

• Provide risk oversight to senior management
• Create risk appetite statements
• Liaise with stakeholders and board members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Strong knowledge of risk management processes, preferably in a regulated financial institution

Required skills

• Utilize financial and statistical tools for risk evaluation
• Design risk assessments, dashboards and scorecards
• Monitor key risk indicators and emerging risks
• Develop contingency plans for potential threats
