Senior Manager – Electrical & ELV Projects

About the role

Sun Pharma is looking for a senior leader to drive the electrical, ELV and MEP aspects of its projects in Mumbai. You will ensure safe, on‑time delivery of complex installations while fostering a collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete Electrical and ELV functions across all projects, coordinating with project teams, consultants and contractors.
• Implement EHS safety policies to maintain a zero‑accident work environment.
• Source equipment, tooling and consumables; manage procurement, FAT inspection, installation and commissioning.
• Prepare performance reports, manage budgets, schedule activities and drive cost‑ and energy‑saving initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries, inventory management and supplier schedules.
• Lead training for MEP contractors to improve efficiency and quality.
• Supervise MEP functions including HVAC, fire protection, BMS, EMS and LMS implementation.
• Obtain statutory approvals and certify contractor bills and work measurements.

Required skills

• Electrical system design (HT/LT schemes, panels, lighting, earthing).
• ELV systems – fire alarm, public address, CCTV, access control, IT networking, automation.
• HVAC system execution according to consultant specifications.
• Fire protection systems – hydrant, sprinkler, suppression, detection.
• Building Management System (BMS), Energy Management System (EMS) and Lighting Management System (LMS).
• Project coordination, budgeting and cost control.
• Procurement, FAT inspection, installation and commissioning.
• EHS safety policy implementation.
