Senior Manager / DGM – TEF Lead Technical Engineering Functions

About the role

The Senior Manager / DGM – TEF will lead technical engineering functions, coordinating organization-wide initiatives and driving overall plant efficiency. This role reports to senior leadership and works across regional and international networks to ensure seamless transformation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee strategy and change management for new product, service and process introductions, including digitalisation initiatives.
• Manage business development, obsolescence, tooling, process and contingency planning at plant level.
• Drive maintenance and reliability programs under a zero‑breakdown strategy, focusing on TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance to improve OEE.
• Establish active collaboration with regional and international networks for knowledge sharing, risk mitigation and innovation.
• Ensure industrial harmony in line with legal requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Promote sustainability by advancing renewable resources and sustainable technologies.
• Oversee departmental revenue budgeting and financial planning.
• Lead people management initiatives to foster a positive and high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Strong track record of managing large‑scale transformation and change programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain industrial harmony and comply with legal and stakeholder requirements.
• Experience in budgeting, financial oversight and sustainability initiatives.
