Senior Manager, Club Experience & Community

About the role

CoPlay by Assagao House is seeking a Senior Manager to own the full member experience at its elite sports and lifestyle club in North Goa. You will be the trusted face of the club, ensuring every interaction—from court bookings to weekend tournaments—reflects the high expectations of its high‑net‑worth clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for all members, knowing their preferences and proactively addressing concerns.
• Onboard new members and design a 30‑day engagement plan to drive long‑term loyalty.
• Design, launch and continuously improve structured coaching programmes for padel and pickleball, from beginner to advanced levels.
• Recruit, onboard and manage high‑quality coaching partners aligned with the club’s standards.
• Plan and execute a dynamic events calendar, including social tournaments, themed evenings, brand activations and wellness experiences.
• Collaborate with the restaurant, bar and wellness teams to integrate food‑and‑beverage elements into events.
• Develop and document SOPs for every member‑touchpoint and lead monthly operational planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality, club management or premium member‑experience roles.
• Strong track record of designing and delivering sports or wellness programmes.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with high‑net‑worth clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage event calendars and partnerships.
• Leadership experience managing junior staff and external partners.
