Senior Manager – Civil Execution (High‑rise Projects)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Civil Execution will lead the delivery of high‑rise construction projects, overseeing project teams, subcontractors and coordination with consultants and clients. The role ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all civil construction activities for high‑rise buildings, including RCC, structural, finishing and external works as per approved drawings.
• Monitor progress against the project schedule and milestones, resolving execution bottlenecks.
• Supervise managers, engineers and site teams, allocate responsibilities and ensure effective coordination across departments.
• Mentor engineering teams to maintain high productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with planning, billing, procurement and quality teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures, conducting periodic reviews.
• Track project costs, keep work within budget, and review subcontractor performance.
• Support commercial teams on technical and contractual matters.
• Interface with clients, consultants, architects and other stakeholders, participating in review meetings and resolving technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
• 10–18+ years of experience in high‑rise building construction.
• Proven ability to manage large construction teams and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.

Required skills

• Expertise in high‑rise RCC construction and structural execution.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing and methodology.
• Understanding of construction drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera and AutoCAD.
