Senior Manager / Chief Manager, Live Experiences

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and analytical senior leader to drive Saregama’s Live Experiences division. The role will define expansion strategies for iconic IPs, oversee execution, and manage P&L to deliver immersive entertainment that captivates audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Shape IP development and expansion strategy through market analysis, consumer insights and strategic planning.
• Lead project management and delivery of high‑quality immersive IPs, creating operational frameworks that are scalable and replicable.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across creative, marketing, ticketing, partnerships, legal and finance teams.
• Oversee digital ticketing solutions and operations with third‑party platforms and in‑house capabilities.
• Develop performance‑management frameworks and reporting dashboards to measure ROI and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Saregama with venues and collaborators, building strategic partnerships for ticketing, private events, sponsorships and merchandise.
• Provide executive communication by translating complex analyses into actionable plans and advising leadership.

Required profile

• 7‑12 years of experience in strategy, operations or business management, preferably in live entertainment, media or consumer‑tech.
• Proven track record of scaling new verticals or business lines across markets.
• Strong cross‑functional project‑management experience delivering time‑sensitive initiatives.
• Ability to leverage innovation and technology, including analytics and digital platforms.
• Passion for live entertainment, arts, culture and innovative storytelling.
