Senior Manager – Business Development & Sales (Construction OEM)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead business development and sales for key construction OEM customers in the South Zone of India. The role will be based in Bangalore and will serve as the single point of contact for large construction, mining and material‑handling equipment manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end sales cycle – from lead generation to order closure – for major construction OEM accounts.
• Manage order processing, receivable tracking and post‑sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute customer‑specific and category business plans that deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
• Negotiate contracts and apply value‑based selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal functions (engineering, finance, supply chain) to align commercial strategies and resolve issues.

Required profile

• BE in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 15‑20 years of experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably within construction, mining or material‑handling sectors.
• Proven track record of managing large OEM accounts and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
