Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who will drive the backend engineering strategy for our platform. You will work in a culture that values big dreams, curiosity and collaboration, delivering innovative AI solutions at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own the backend engineering strategy, ensuring repositories, pipelines, and modular components are ready for scalable integration with software applications and visualization layers.
• Lead the full deployment lifecycle, from model training through deployment and monitoring on devices.
• Develop and maintain a scalable ML pipeline that supports real‑time analytics for Test & Learn experimentation across business functions.
• Optimize and containerize models using Docker and Azure Container Registry for efficient execution in constrained environments.
• Manage the GitHub repository, keeping code structured, well‑documented and modular for seamless deployments.
• Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and implement observability layers (logging, monitoring, alerting) for data, feature, inference and pipeline health.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of PySpark.
• Experience with Docker and Azure Container Registry.
• Proficiency with GitHub and version control.
• Building CI/CD pipelines for model and service deployment.
• Implementing observability: logging, monitoring and alerting.
• Knowledge of security and governance best practices for data and model deployment.
