Senior Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

StayVista is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement and deliver training programmes for on‑ground staff, primarily in housekeeping and service roles. You will ensure that team members have the skills, knowledge and confidence to consistently provide world‑class guest experiences across all villa properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver effective training modules for housekeeping, guest services and villa management teams.
• Partner with Villa Managers and Stay Experience Managers to identify skill gaps and create tailored training interventions.
• Assess training effectiveness through performance evaluations, participant feedback and direct observation.
• Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness by reinforcing housekeeping and guest service protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of hospitality operations or training experience (hotels, resorts, homestays or training institutes).
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Learning & Development or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, guest service protocols and villa management best practices.
• Ability to train blue‑collar and fresher workforce using simple, practical methods.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
