Senior Lead Analyst, Supplier Governance & Performance Management

About the role

The Senior Lead Analyst, Supplier Governance & Performance Management will strengthen supplier accountability and service performance across EDT. You will manage performance for a portfolio of large, strategic suppliers and enable broader stakeholder capability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance management for assigned strategic suppliers, overseeing service review cadence, governance routines, SLA/KPI oversight and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate structured performance reviews with suppliers, contract owners and functional stakeholders to assess delivery, risks, issues and action plans.
• Monitor performance against service levels and commitments, identify gaps, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Drive issue resolution and corrective action management, documenting concerns, tracking actions and escalating as needed.
• Partner with reporting and analytics teams to use scorecards, dashboards and insights for decisions and improvement plans.
• Provide guidance, templates and coaching to stakeholders managing suppliers outside the strategic portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10-12 years of experience in supplier/vendor management, service governance, IT service management, sourcing or procurement.
• Proven experience partnering with large‑scale technology service providers to drive performance and accountability.
• Strong understanding of supplier governance frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, contractual obligations and corrective action planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and executive‑level communication skills.
