Senior Landscape Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to lead the creation of innovative, sustainable, and functional outdoor spaces. The role involves shaping master plans and detailed designs for a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, retail, institutional, hospitality, and infrastructure projects across national and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation, design and detailing of landscape architecture projects.
• Develop master plans, planting plans, hard‑scape designs and irrigation layouts.
• Prepare design presentations, working drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards, sustainability goals and client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, urban planners, civil/structural engineers and other consultants for integrated delivery.
• Oversee site implementation, review contractor submissions and provide technical guidance during execution.
• Manage client interactions, project timelines and deliverables to guarantee design excellence.
• Mentor junior landscape architects and design team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven professional experience in landscape design and planning.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, grading and environmental sustainability.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with green‑building standards and sustainable landscape practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client coordination skills.
• Preferred experience in large‑scale urban design, smart‑city projects and exposure to international design standards.
