About the role

As a Senior Key Account Manager for L'Oréal's Luxe Division in Mumbai, you will be the strategic driver of omni‑channel performance for our luxury beauty brands. This individual‑contributor role owns the relationship with retail partners and ensures the brands reach their full market potential.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual joint‑business plan negotiations with retailers to meet sell‑in, sell‑out and market‑share targets.
• Implement the Go‑to‑Market strategy by designing and executing impactful retailer programmes across online and offline channels.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance, and Visual Merchandising.
• Monitor retailer performance and e‑commerce metrics, identify growth opportunities and optimise campaigns.
• Achieve top‑line sell‑out targets, deliver on joint‑business plan objectives and execute omni‑channel activations.
