Senior Key Account Manager – Greater Bangalore

About the role

Safexpress, India’s leading logistics provider, is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead and expand relationships with its corporate clients in Greater Bangalore. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring timely collections, and delivering seamless logistics services.

Key responsibilities

• Grow revenue from existing corporate clients through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Ensure timely collections and smooth account administration.
• Strengthen client relationships with regular meetings and business reviews.
• Handle price negotiations and contract renewals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee service excellence.

Required profile

• Graduate, MBA or PGDM in Marketing or International Business.
• 4–6 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in logistics.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada.
• Own conveyance and willingness to travel within the region.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
