Senior Inventory Management Officer

About the role

The Senior Inventory Management Officer will lead inventory activities at the new Geltec‑Sarigam manufacturing site in Gujrat. The role ensures smooth material planning for raw and packaging materials, accurate stock reconciliation, and timely reporting of inventory KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Finance, QA, SCP, and GSS to perform physical and cycle counts, and reconcile weekly and monthly stock levels.
• Manage inward and outward material flows in Oracle, ensuring batch requirements are met and FG dispatch is executed with proper STN and e‑way bill generation.
• Generate MIS reports, analyze shortage/excess trends, and share insights with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain compliance with Herbalife processes, SOX controls, and ASCP activities.
• Train CM staff on Herbalife inventory procedures and oversee obsolete/slow‑moving material handling.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in inventory management within Pharma, Nutraceutical or Food industries.
• Proven track record of handling RM, PM and FG inventories and performing KPI‑driven improvements.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Oracle, SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
