Senior Interior Site Supervisor – Residential Projects

About the role

Hipcouch is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Site Supervisor to lead on‑site execution of premium residential projects across Mumbai. You will manage end‑to‑end operations, coordinate specialised trades, and ensure flawless delivery of turnkey fit‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end site operations for apartments and turnkey residential fit‑outs across Mumbai.
• Supervise and coordinate specialised contractors including carpenters, civil crews, MEP technicians, POP teams and painters.
• Read and execute detailed working drawings (GFCs), joinery details and MEP layouts, collaborating with design leads to resolve site discrepancies.
• Inspect custom woodwork, modular fitments, tile/marble laying and paint finishes to maintain zero‑defect standards.
• Navigate housing society guidelines, manage noise/work hours, arrange entry permits and oversee material movement.
• Inspect incoming materials (plywood grades, veneers, laminates, hardware such as Blum/Hettich), minimise wastage and maintain accurate inventory tracking.
• Prepare daily progress reports, track execution against schedules, manage snag lists and conduct client walkthroughs for final handover.

Required profile

• 6–7+ years of dedicated residential interior site supervision experience within the Mumbai region.
• Strong knowledge of local civil work, custom carpentry, hardware fittings, surface finishes and MEP systems.
• Exceptional labour management skills, quick spatial problem‑solving and professional client‑facing communication.
• Willingness to travel across active project sites in Western/Central suburbs and South Mumbai.
