Senior Information Security Analyst – Dashboards & Data Visualization

About the role

The Senior Information Security Analyst will lead the creation, automation, and scaling of security metrics, reporting, and operational processes. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the role enhances risk visibility and supports data‑driven decision‑making across security, technology, and finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, assess control effectiveness, and produce actionable insights.
• Define, track, and evolve security metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to measure performance and risk reduction.
• Design and deliver dashboards, scorecards, and executive‑level reports.
• Automate reporting, data integration, and operational workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Serve as an escalation point and mentor for junior analysts.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align security initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Stay current on emerging security trends and technologies.
• Consolidate findings and communicate insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security analytics, metrics development, and dashboard creation.
• Strong ability to work independently and drive process maturity.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and leading cross‑functional initiatives.
