Senior Incident Manager – Infrastructure Stability

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Incident Manager to own and continuously improve the Major Incident process within its infrastructure environment. You will act as the central point of contact for critical incidents, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication across technology teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of critical Major Incidents, coordinate resolution teams, and maintain effective communication.
• Ensure technology services meet agreed Service Level Agreements (Availability Management).
• Lead, facilitate, and chair investigation meetings, conference calls, and executive briefings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reports, OKRs, and key documentation.
• Partner with global peers, Problem Management, and Change Management to drive stability initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive IT availability reporting and drive reductions in incident frequency and duration.
• Manage escalated complaints and feedback, ensuring timely responses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in major incident management within a large IT environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven setting.
• Experience collaborating with Problem Management and Change Management teams.
• Track record of driving process improvements and strategic initiatives.
