About the role
The Senior HSE Program, Assurance and SIMOPS Coordinator will lead health, safety and environment initiatives for offshore oil and gas production, ensuring safe simultaneous operations and compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage HSE programs, policies and procedures across large offshore projects.
- Coordinate and oversee SIMOPS activities, ensuring safe execution of multiple concurrent operations.
- Lead HSE teams, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of oil and gas experience, with extensive offshore production background.
- Proven leadership in managing HSE teams and large‑scale projects.
