Senior HR Associate – India

About the role

Alcon is looking for a Senior HR Associate to join its Human Resources team in India. The role supports business leaders with HR consulting, drives strategic HR initiatives, and enhances the associate experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner, advising managers and associates on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Services to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Support the rollout of global and regional HR programs, including talent development, engagement, and compensation initiatives.
• Provide guidance on workforce analytics and use insights to improve people management.
• Organize quarterly connections with People leaders and facilitate focus groups.
• Ensure timely execution of all people‑related processes and support diagnostic interventions for business issues.

Required profile

• Early‑career HR professional with strong consulting and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work with remote managers and adapt to shift work as needed.
