Senior Graphic Designer – Visual Storyteller

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets that elevate both partner and employee experiences. You will be the visual storyteller for the brand, shaping how the company communicates across a variety of media.

Key responsibilities

• Design custom visuals for large‑scale and small events, campaigns, mailers, swag items, ads, presentation decks, eBooks, one‑pagers, and internal documents.
• Develop and push the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the creative team to translate concepts into final production.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and file organization efficiently.
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders and present work to the creative team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• BFA degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Advanced typography skills and a strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
