Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Bangalore. The role involves turning marketing concepts into compelling visual solutions across digital and print media, while collaborating closely with copywriters and other designers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate clear ideas and concepts together with copywriters.
• Create sketches, storyboards and roughs to visualise concepts.
• Interpret marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audiences.
• Collaborate with the broader creative team across various media formats.
• Take projects from concept through to final execution within deadlines.
• Lead and delegate tasks to junior designers, providing direction and feedback.
• Present completed designs to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on design trends and uphold best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of branding, print and digital work.
• Ability to incorporate feedback and give clear direction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Logo design, typography, colour theory, web layout and print production.
• Package design and image selection.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience using CorelDRAW or comparable visual‑design and wire‑framing tools.
