Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will shape visual communication across Nykaa’s beauty and fashion brands. Working closely with Marketing, Social Media, and Production teams, you will create compelling designs that enhance brand perception and drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain engaging web content for Nykaa Beauty, Nykaa Fashion and their sub‑brands.
• Create consistent, on‑brand graphics for social media platforms.
• Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including email templates, banners, brochures and other promotional materials.
• Conceptualise and design logos for new products and sub‑brands.
• Design innovative packaging that balances aesthetics and functionality.
• Produce graphics for in‑store displays, signage and retail promotional materials.
• Provide art direction and creative input for photoshoots, video shoots and multimedia projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• 3‑6 years of graphic design experience, preferably within beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design solutions.
• Excellent grasp of design principles, typography, colour theory and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
