Senior Graphic Designer (Full-time, Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual creation of a wide range of marketing and communication assets. The role combines creative direction with hands‑on design, ensuring all outputs align with brand standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts and visual designs that support project goals and brand identity.
• Create a variety of visual materials such as logos, brochures, infographics, digital and print ads, social media assets, and presentations.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through delivery, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with clients, copywriters, marketers, developers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Lead, mentor and review the work of junior designers, fostering professional growth.
• Maintain brand and design standards across all deliverables and conduct quality reviews.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and introduce innovative design solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to lead design projects and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with Sketch and Figma.
• Knowledge of print and digital production processes, file formats and color management.
