Senior Full Stack Engineer (Open to Persons with Disability)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specialized in full‑stack development to join our team in Hyderabad. This position is open to candidates with any disability and focuses on building console and web applications using modern technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop console/web applications using Python, ReactJS and Flask micro‑services.
• Develop proof‑of‑concepts to evaluate AI models and demonstrate benefits to stakeholders.
• Clean, preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract insights and train AI models.
• Build data analysis, crunching and reporting tools to support engineering experiments.
• Drive automation adoption to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Test software applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Test Engineering, ASIC, Firmware, Product Engineering, Operations) to integrate applications and explore AI/ML solutions.
• Communicate project status to leadership and cross‑functional product teams.
• Provide guidance in debugging and resolving product issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in console and web application development with ReactJS, Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud databases such as Snowflake and cloud services on GCP.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, model training and optimization using PySpark, numpy, pandas and scikit‑learn.
• Experience building data analytics dashboards with Tableau or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and scripting in Perl and C.
• Strong data analysis, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronics (or equivalent experience).
