Senior Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to lead financial governance, reporting, compliance and business finance processes across large‑scale, asset‑intensive operations. The role will support multiple business units in sectors such as infrastructure, EPC, manufacturing, energy, ports, logistics, metals & mining, and real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly dashboards, ensuring data hygiene and accurate financial statements.
• Coordinate site processes, align audit planning, and support board and audit committee presentations.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, related‑party transaction approvals, and internal control alignment.
• Lead end‑to‑end migration of newly acquired entities and act as technical advisor to finance leaders.
• Conduct financial due diligence, cash‑flow planning, budgeting, MIS reporting and CAPEX monitoring.
• Validate group guidelines, XBRL/DPT‑3 filings and ensure timely annual report coordination.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12‑18 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience in large conglomerates or project‑driven, asset‑heavy businesses.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, taxation and audit practices.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.

• Regulatory compliance tools such as XBRL and DPT‑3.
