Senior Finance Control Consultant

About the role

The Senior Finance Control Consultant will report to the ISEA Financial Controller and will own the month‑end closing process, statutory audits and financial reporting for India and Singapore. The role combines technical finance expertise with hands‑on coordination of audit teams and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead statutory audits for India and Singapore, preparing schedules, notes and liaising with audit teams (approximately 2.5 months per audit).
• Manage month‑end SAP closing, BlackLine schedule submission, balance‑sheet reviews and provision calculations.
• Prepare and maintain HFM and BlackLine corporate reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Work with the controls team to drive accurate closing, cross‑charges, JVs, AP, AR and people‑cost accounting.
• Monitor cash conversion cycle, perform detailed AR/AP and inventory analysis, and ensure budget compliance.
• Oversee critical payments, statutory filings and weekly cash‑flow management.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2‑3 years of professional finance experience.
• Strong background in statutory audits and finance controlling, including IFRS reporting.
• Solid understanding of core accounting and finance functions.
