Senior Executive, Supply Chain Planning

About the role

The Senior Executive, Supply Chain Planning drives innovative, collaborative supply‑chain solutions to optimise cost‑to‑serve and maximise product availability across offline and online retail channels. The role localises, implements and sustains a globally defined O2C Service Strategy for assigned markets or business units, working closely with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise supply‑chain and logistics processes to reduce costs and improve product availability.
• Implement and sustain the O2C Service Strategy within designated markets or units.
• Plan and manage order fulfilment to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Contribute to strategic and operational planning, including capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Lead lead‑time management and procurement planning to ensure material availability.
• Support production planning, scheduling and sales‑operations planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to execute supply‑chain initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• MBA (preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in supply‑chain, logistics or related fields.
