Senior Executive – Social Analytics

About the role

Nykaa is looking for a Senior Executive – Social Analytics to turn social media data into actionable insights that drive brand performance and customer experience. Based in Mumbai, you will work on‑site with cross‑functional teams to monitor, report and optimise both organic and paid social activities.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, analyse and interpret social media data to produce weekly, monthly and campaign‑specific performance reports.
• Track key organic and paid metrics such as reach, views, engagement, follower growth and engagement rate.
• Maintain and update dashboards and trackers for campaigns, brand portfolios and influencer collaborations.
• Convert performance data into strategic recommendations to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Manage community interactions across platforms, ensuring timely, brand‑aligned responses.
• Conduct social listening using Konnect Insights (or similar tools) to capture sentiment, trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Customer Support and Operations to resolve queries and align communications.
• Support internal business reviews with accurate reporting, analysis and actionable insights.
• Utilise Excel, Google Sheets and other office tools to streamline analytics workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of experience in social media analytics, community management, digital marketing or reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in performance reporting and dashboard creation.
• Excellent written communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Hands‑on experience with Konnect Insights or comparable social listening platforms.
