Senior Executive Production – Manufacturing

About the role

The Senior Executive Production is an individual contributor responsible for driving efficient bottling and packaging operations in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. You will ensure that production schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and resources are optimally used.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the production schedule and achieve the annual production plan through resource optimisation.
• Monitor line‑wise output, report issues and take corrective actions to maintain smooth packing, sealing, filling and machine operations.
• Enter and maintain production data in SAP while adhering to safety, quality, environmental and security standards.
• Report resource capacity, coordinate material allocation with the materials department and track material efficiency.
• Coordinate line maintenance, minimise downtime and keep accurate production, maintenance and malfunction records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, conduct motion‑method studies and implement corrective‑preventive actions.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2‑5 years of experience in the alcoholic‑beverage or FMCG bottling sector.
• Solid knowledge of production and bottling operations, basic quality‑management principles and health‑safety protocols.
• Ability to solve routine problems using established procedures and work independently without supervisory duties.
