Senior Executive – Maintenance

About the role

Join the Engineering & Maintenance team to own asset care for bottling lines, ensuring equipment reliability and supporting the end‑to‑end supply chain of iconic drinks.

Key responsibilities

• Own asset care for bottling lines, ensuring equipment condition and reliability.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans, monitor predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, thermography and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns, minimise MTTR and production downtime, and lead root‑cause analysis (RCA/5‑Why) for chronic failures.
• Drive OEE improvement by addressing availability, performance and quality losses across filler, rinser, capper, labeller, conveyors, packer and palletiser.
• Support autonomous maintenance activities, manage critical spares and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Poka‑Yoke).

Required profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Instrumentation.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in bottling, beverage, FMCG or liquor manufacturing.
• Proven track record in TPM, RCA, FMEA and OEE improvement.

Required skills

• Bottling equipment maintenance (filler, capper, labeller, packer, palletiser).
• Predictive maintenance techniques: vibration monitoring, thermography, lubrication analysis.
• Root‑cause analysis (RCA/5‑Why) and reliability engineering.
• SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting.
