Senior Executive HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Executive HR Business Partner will support the business by delivering end‑to‑end HR services, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management and change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage across all HR functions such as employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and performance metrics.
• Counsel managers on performance issues, engagement and HR policy matters, preparing documentation and recommendations.
• Support managers and employees on HR policies and practices, including onboarding, exit interviews and turnover analysis.
• Participate in performance management processes such as reviews, goal setting and compensation reviews.
• Liaise with the HR Shared Services Center on leaves, payroll changes and benefits.
• Maintain critical HR records and reports within the Human Resources Information System.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree with 2–4 years of relevant HR experience (or equivalent advanced degree/experience).
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
• Ability to work under general supervision while solving routine HR problems.
