Senior Executive – Events & MICE Operations

About the role

Meril Life Sciences is seeking a dynamic Senior Executive to lead its Events & MICE Operations in Mumbai. You will be responsible for creating exceptional event experiences that support the company’s global medical technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end domestic and international corporate events, conferences, meetings, exhibitions and incentive travel.
• Manage all logistics including venue selection, travel, accommodation, transportation, registrations and vendor coordination.
• Oversee on‑site event production to ensure flawless execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies and business partners to meet timelines and budgets.
• Prepare event plans, presentations, reports and documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Events & MICE industry.
• Proven track record managing both domestic and international events.
• Strong project management, vendor management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
