Senior Engineer – Product Planning

About the role

Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead product planning activities for its automotive electronics portfolio. The role is based at the Naganathapura plant in Bengaluru and focuses on new product introductions, change management, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce new products and manage change processes.
• Coordinate customer visits, audits, and pilot/trial orders.
• Plan budgets, tooling, and manufacturing equipment (MAE) requirements.
• Drive improvement projects and prepare control plans.
• Interact with development teams and lead plant stakeholders.
• Participate in IPN (Integrated Product Network) meetings.
• Manage SAP transactions related to product planning.

Required profile

• BE or Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
• 2‑7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive electronics.
• Proven knowledge of SAP.
• Project management experience.
