Senior Engineer – Innovation Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to lead our Innovation Program Management function at Bosch in Bengaluru. You will drive innovation campaigns, coordinate timelines, and act as the communication hub for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Administer innovation campaigns such as Calls for Ideas, Projects and Alliances.
• Maintain the master schedule for all innovation cycles, setting clear deadlines and ensuring milestone adherence.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks related to timelines, technical and legal reviews.
• Organise physical and digital infrastructure for events including demo days, workshops and selection committee meetings.
• Conduct market intelligence research using AI tools, delivering concise briefs and landscape maps on macro‑trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity.
• Report global and regional mobility and technology trends to inform risk assessment and pipeline opportunities.
• Develop and execute a multi‑channel communication strategy, drafting the “Innovation Pulse” newsletter and other internal communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing innovation programs or similar initiatives.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage complex schedules.
• Excellent analytical skills for market research and trend analysis.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and executive audiences.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI‑enabled research tools.
• Experience with organizing events and workshops.
• Knowledge of market intelligence methodologies.
