Senior Engineer – Dry Utilities

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer – Dry Utilities to join our Energy team in India, working on impactful energy projects across global offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform specific and moderate portions of broader engineering assignments.
• Gather and correlate basic engineering data using established procedures.
• Work on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and simple tests.
• Propose approaches to solve new problems by modifying standard procedures.
• Identify discrepancies in results and provide guidance to entry‑level engineers.
• Perform work within agreed budget and schedule with minimal supervision.
• Independently complete primary design elements for engineering works.

Required profile

• B.Tech/Master of Engineering (or equivalent) in an appropriate engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience, preferably with exposure to projects outside India (Middle East, UK, USA, Canada, ANZ).
• Experience preparing, reviewing and producing designs for electrical systems (EHV, HV, MV, LV), street lighting, telecom, ELV, ICT networks, pump stations, water‑treatment plants, EV charging stations, substations, and power transmission & distribution networks.
• Design calculations for street lighting, high‑mast lighting, cable sizing, voltage drop, earthing, fault level, and corridor sizing.
