Senior Engineer – Development & Calibration (Diesel Fuel Injection)

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead development and calibration activities for diesel fuel injection systems. The role involves executing sub‑projects within larger diesel system projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget while collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical studies and define system layouts and features.
• Develop, test, and calibrate common‑rail hydraulic systems on test benches, engines, and vehicles.
• Compile test results, prepare reports, and document work according to project management procedures.
• Define work packages, assess product behavior, and manage calibration activities at customer sites.
• Coordinate with product and project groups for system development, training, and competency building.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automobile or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of automotive fuel injection systems and diesel engine operation.
• Understanding of diesel exhaust characteristics.

• Diesel fuel injection system expertise.
