Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Process Planner

About the role

The Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager – Process Planner will translate customer and stakeholder strategies into operational excellence, driving value‑stream efficiency and innovative technical solutions across existing processes and manufacturing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and assess capacity gaps, implement manufacturing value‑addition flows and drive process changes such as cycle‑time reduction.
• Initiate change notes for rationalisation projects and ensure compliance with TEK, CpK, ergonomics and safety standards.
• Assess internal and external requirements, support future‑state value‑stream design and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency.
• Manage delivery performance, TRLT and MAE utilisation.
• Implement customer‑specific product requirements, develop processes (CpK studies, PPAP, routing, ROS) and establish controls.

Required profile

• Proven ability to convert strategic objectives into operational improvements.
• Experience in capacity and process development within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional stakeholders.
