Senior DSP Developer – Audio Signal Processing

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a Senior DSP Developer to lead the design and implementation of audio signal processing algorithms for its cutting‑edge products. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality audio performance and integration with hardware platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise audio signal processing algorithms.
• Interface with IOEMS for post‑processing and audio tuning.
• Analyse and implement filters, frequency response, and audio quality parameters.
• Work with ARM Neon intrinsics and technical acoustics concepts.
• Write efficient DSP code and validate algorithms on target hardware.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate Audio HAL components.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication or related field.
• 6‑9 years of professional experience in DSP or audio development.
• Strong understanding of digital signal processing theory and practical implementation.
