About the role
The Senior Dispatch Agent will support FedEx's Cross‑Border Trucking Operations Control team, focusing on heavyweight dispatch activities. You will ensure that all defined processes are completed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with internal and external standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute dispatch processes for heavyweight trucks, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve anomalies using established rules and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless transportation operations.
